Order track | Prestashop guest order track

The Guest Order Tracking module allows customers (both registered and guests) to track their orders without logging in. It provides a secure, token-based link that can be included in emails, as well as a manual tracking form requiring the Order Reference and Email.

Order Status Mapping

The module uses a 4-step visual timeline. You must map your shop's order statuses to these steps:

  Verified: Select statuses like "Payment Accepted", "Processing in progress".

  Getting Ready: Select statuses like "Preparation in progress".

  Shipped: Select "Shipped", "Remote payment accepted".

  Delivered: Select "Delivered".

Tip: You can select multiple statuses for each step by holding Ctrl (Windows) or Cmd (Mac).

Contact Button

  Enable "Problem with Order" Button: Toggle to YES to show a button on the tracking page that opens a contact popup.

  Admin Email: Enter the email address where these support messages should be sent. If left empty, the shop's default email will be used.

Custom Text

  Custom Introduction Text: Edit the message displayed above the tracking form (e.g., "To track your order, please enter...").

You can include a direct tracking link or button in your transactional emails (e.g., "Shipped", "Order Confirmation").

  Go to International Translations.

  Select Email Translations - Body - Select your theme - Select Language.

  Edit the email templates (e.g., shipped.html, order_conf.html).

  Insert one of the following Magic Variables:

Variable Description {guest_tracking_link} Outputs the raw, secure tracking URL (e.g., https://myshop.com/...). Use this if you want to create your own link text. {guest_tracking_button} Outputs a pre-styled, green "Track Your Order" button.

Frontend Features

  Manual Tracking: Users visit domain.com/guest-tracking and enter their Order Reference and Email.

  Direct Tracking: Clicking the link from their email takes them directly to the results page (no input required).

  Visual Stepper: Shows the current progress of the order.

  Order Details: Displays carrier info, tracking number (clickable), product list, and totals.

  Contact Support: If enabled, users can send a message directly from the tracking page without navigating away.
